Hyola is a UK-based vape brand whose products are manufactured in China. The brand built its following through the Hyola Pro Max disposable vape range, which became popular for its flavour quality and straightforward draw-activated design. When the UK government announced the ban on single-use disposable vapes, effective June 2025, Hyola developed prefilled pod kit replacements that replicate the disposable experience while meeting TPD regulations.
Both current Hyola devices are prefilled pod kits, meaning the pods come already filled with 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid. When a pod runs out, you replace it with a new one rather than refilling it yourself. The device stays the same, which makes running costs lower than constantly buying new disposables while keeping the simplicity of a draw-activated, no-settings device.
Up to 8,000 puffs from a single kit. Includes a 2ml prefilled pod and an 8ml refill container, totalling 10ml of 20mg nic salt e-liquid. The refill container automatically tops up the pod as it depletes. Eco and Boost modes. Draw-activated, mesh coil, USB-C rechargeable (cable not included). 22 flavours covering fruit, ice, candy and mint profiles.
Up to 30,000 puffs from a single kit. Includes two pods and two refill containers — one of each per flavour. Dual mesh coil technology in each pod. Rotating mouthpiece to switch between both flavours instantly. Eco and Boost modes. LED display showing battery level and e-liquid status. Draw-activated, USB-C rechargeable (cable included). 18 editions, each pairing two complementary flavours.

Choose the Pro Max 8000 if you want the simplest, most affordable way to move away from single-use disposables. It works identically to a disposable — draw and vape — with the added benefit of a rechargeable battery and replaceable pods.
Choose the Ultra 30K if you want a kit that lasts significantly longer, prefer the option of two flavours in one device, and want an LED display and USB-C cable included. It costs more upfront but delivers considerably more puffs per kit.
Both Hyola kits are designed for vapers who want the simplicity of a disposable vape without the waste and ongoing cost. Neither requires any e-liquid knowledge, coil changes, or settings adjustment. You open the box, connect the pod and refill container, slot them in, and inhale. That is the full setup process.
The 20mg nic salt strength and MTL draw style make both kits well suited to smokers switching to vaping. The draw feel is close to a cigarette and nicotine delivery is fast-acting and smooth.
Both kits in stock now. Free delivery on orders over £20. Order before 6pm for same-day dispatch.
Reusable. Both the Pro Max 8000 and Ultra 30K have rechargeable batteries. The pods are replaceable — when the e-liquid runs out, you replace the pod and refill container rather than the whole device. This makes them cheaper to run and less wasteful than single-use disposables.
No. All Hyola pods come prefilled with 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid. You do not need to add any e-liquid. The refill container automatically tops up the pod as it depletes during normal use. When both the pod and refill container are empty, replace the whole set with a new Hyola pod pack in the same or a different flavour.
Yes. Both Hyola kits are fully TPD compliant for the UK market. Pod capacity and nicotine strength both meet the legal limits. They were developed specifically as compliant replacements for single-use disposable vapes following the UK ban on disposables in June 2025.
Both the Pro Max 8000 and Ultra 30K are available in 20mg nicotine salt only. There are no lower-strength options in the current range.
Both work well. The 20mg nic salt and mouth-to-lung draw style on both devices replicate the feel of a cigarette closely. The Pro Max 8000 is the simpler and lower-cost starting point. The Ultra 30K suits those who want something that lasts longer and offers more variety through its dual-flavour system.
